Caroline Norton Vance
Caroline Vance is an Assistant Vice President in Deutsche Bank's Community Development Finance Group, focusing on the management of microfinance funds with special responsibility for relationships in Central and Southeast Asia. She also manages the administration and investor relations of the FINCA Microfinance Fund B.V., a US$21.2 mm structured fund launched by Deutsche Bank in partnership with FINCA International in 2009, and she supports the team's social performance management and monitoring efforts. Mrs. Vance joined Deutsche Bank in August of 2008 and previously worked in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers, for their Global Natural Resources group and the Business Planning and Technology group. She holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University and a B.A. from Williams College, and she is proficient in French.
