Jacob Haar is a Managing Director of Minlam Asset Management. Since 1997, Mr. Haar has successfully conducted business in emerging markets and worked with international non-government organizations on issues of sustainable economic development and human rights. Prior to joining Minlam, Mr. Haar worked with Azeri Star Microfinance, a microfinance institution in Azerbaijan. Mr Haar received his M.A. from the University of Chicago's Center for Middle Eastern Studies, is a Fulbright Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with his B.A. from the University of Chicago.
